Dear Students,
Test: Revise for your review test on the 22 April. Make sure you remember what the symbols are called; the names of the musical notation that you are learning and the time value of whole, 1/2, 1/4 and 1/8 notes.
Recorders: everyone should now be on Indian Warrior. You will be learning a new note that uses the right hand. See if you can play the first two stanzas of the song.
For those of you who have already done Indian Warrior, keep on practicing the pieces that you are playing. Remember, we need to finish Book 1 before the end of the term.
Don't forget to clean your recorders after each time you play the instrument and remember to bring the instrument to school on Mondays. Have fun!
