Dear Students,
Test: Revise for your review test . Make sure you remember what the symbols are called; the names of the musical notation that you are learning and the time value of whole, 1/2, 1/4 and 1/8 notes.
Recorders: Everyone should now be on Indian Warrior. You will be learning a new note that uses the right hand. Practice the little exercise that I gave you to do and see if you can play the first two stanzas of the song.
For those of you who have already done Indian Warrior, keep on practicing the pieces that you are playing. Remember, we need to finish Book 1 before the end of the term.
Don't forget to clean your recorders after each time you play the instrument and remember to bring the instrument to school on Thursdays.
